Terms of Service

These terms govern SponsorPact's public website, interactive demo, and prelaunch evaluation experience.

Effective August 4, 2026

Pilot status

SponsorPact is in a limited, U.S.-first pilot. Any paid pilot or production use may require a separate order form or pilot agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.

Agreement and authority

By accessing SponsorPact, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization. You represent that you are authorized to accept them and to submit customer content for processing.

The service

SponsorPact provides operational tools for extracting, reviewing, tracking, proving, and reporting sponsorship obligations. Extraction is assistance for a human workflow. It is not legal advice, contract interpretation, or a guarantee of completeness.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • Keep account credentials secure and maintain accurate membership and role information.
  • Do not submit content you lack the right to use or disclose.
  • Do not bypass access controls, probe other tenants, disrupt the service, or use it to violate law.
  • Do not rely on unconfirmed extraction as the sole basis for a legal, financial, or contractual decision.

Customer content

Customers retain ownership of their content. Customers grant SponsorPact a limited right to host, process, transmit, normalize, and reproduce content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Customers remain responsible for content accuracy and lawful submission.

Fees and plans

Fees, usage allowances, renewal terms, taxes, payment timing, and any refund eligibility are stated on the applicable order form, invoice, checkout page, or pilot agreement.

Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will protect the other party's non-public information using reasonable care and use it only to perform the agreement. The Privacy Policy and any signed Data Processing Addendum form part of the service terms where applicable.

Suspension and termination

SponsorPact may suspend access to address a security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or material breach. Customers may stop using the service and request deletion subject to plan terms and the stated retention process.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the prelaunch service is provided as is and as available. SponsorPact does not promise that extraction will be complete, error-free, or suitable as a substitute for reviewing the source agreement. Any additional warranties, liability terms, governing law, or dispute terms for a paid pilot are stated in the signed pilot agreement or order form.
